Our First-Time Homebuyers Program can award you up to $42,500 toward your first home purchase. Additionally, HealthShare will provide you a $1,000 lender credit to help with the administration of the loans.
Community partnerships with the city of Greensboro and the Federal Home Loan Bank have programs you may be eligible to take advantage of.
Homebuyer Assistance Program is a source of financial assistance for low- and moderate-income homebuyers providing up to $25,000 in assistance. While the Federal Home Loan Bank has up to $17,500 toward your down payment and closing costs from the Federal Home Loan Bank.
There are conditions for these fund and approval from the individual programs is required. HealthShare has you covered navigating this process.
